Another huge week of gig going action draws near, featuring gigs from Local Cover band LIVE EVIL performing their IRON MAIDEN cover set on the eve of Bruce Dickinsons Spoken word tour appearance in Canberra and what looks like a huge lineup of local and interstate bands at the basement on the sunday for their “Worries out the Window” show and of course local legends the Fuellers making an appearance at the Phoenix on tonight for those that read this fast enough!

Its been a cold week, but that’s OK… its heating up in your local band scene… but there’s still some great gigs on for your bad selves to check out …. My pick of the week is going to the cover bands this week with the IRON MAIDEN and QUEEN bands both taking my picks of the week on the (Thursday and Saturday nights respectively) They’re all well known local musicians putting on great shows that will definitely be worth checking out. Though Rockabilly night at the Old Canberra Inn is looking to be a treat as well! And Get this … something for the kids with a return to gigs at the Woden Youth Centre!!! Yeah!
